When you create an account, Auto-Data.net processes your chosen username and password, your email address, and the IP address from which the registration was made.

The legal basis for processing this data is the provision of the service you requested and the fulfilment of the relationship established when the account was created.

SHA-256 hashed email address
The SHA-256 hashed value of the email address associated with your account is used as a pseudonymous online identifier for the personalisation and measurement of advertisements only when you have consented to personalised advertisements. The hashed value, rather than the readable email address, is used for this advertising purpose.
Hashing reduces the possibility of direct identification but does not necessarily make the data anonymous. We therefore treat the SHA-256 hashed value as personal data. The legal basis for using it for personalised advertisements is your consent.
If you do not give consent or withdraw it, the hashed value of your email address is not used for personalised advertisements. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the privacy settings link in the website footer. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

When the relevant Google advertising features are enabled and you have given the required consent, Google may associate information about your visits to Auto-Data.net with information from the accounts of users who are signed in to Google and have allowed personalised advertising. Advertising personalisation may include automated profiling for the selection of advertisements, but it does not result in decisions that produce legal effects for you or similarly significantly affect you.
Service providers that assist us with hosting, technical infrastructure, security, email, analytics, and advertising may have access to personal data, but only to the extent necessary for the relevant service. Data may also be provided to competent authorities where required by law.

When you create an account, your email address, username, and password are stored if you confirm the registration through the email sent to you within 24 hours. If the registration is not confirmed within this period, this data is deleted.
Your account data is stored until you delete your account. You can review and change your data and delete your account at any time directly through its settings.
Technical logs, security data, and correspondence are stored only for as long as they are necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, including preventing abuse, resolving technical problems, responding to enquiries, and defending against legal claims.
The retention periods for cookies and data processed by advertising and analytics partners are specified in the privacy settings tool and in the policies of the respective partners.
Where applicable, you have the right under data protection law to request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data and restriction of processing, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and, where the legal requirements are met, to receive your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.

You have the right to lodge a complaint through the official website of the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection or with another competent supervisory authority.
You do not need to provide any information to browse Auto-Data.net. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If we discover that we have collected personal data from a child under the age of 16 in connection with the creation of an account, we will take steps to delete it. If you believe that a child under the age of 16 has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
Auto-Data.net applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access controls, firewalls, password protection, backups, and SSL/TLS encryption when data is transmitted between your browser and our servers.
