After the official launch of updated Civic Type R, Honda has now released its beastly Limited Edition. Though the new vehicle steps on the Type R GT 2020 model, its appearance differentiates thanks to the exclusive 20-inch forged BBS alloys, special track tires, Piano black mirror caps, all black roof, blacked out flared hood intake, rear-wing spoiler, as well as the unique exterior color.

In terms of the technology applied, the Limited Edition Type R comes packed with modified dampers and recalibrated steering wheel. In an attempt to create the perfect race car – lightweight, agile and fast- Honda’s engineers have decided to drop out the regular infotainment system and climate controls.

Besides, another few kilos are cut from car’s coupe, by reducing the number of soundproofing materials. As a result, the new special Honda Civic is 47 kg lighter than its predecessor. Also, the stunning new Civic receives vibrant red sports seats and a red Alcantara steering wheel, tear-shaped gearshift knob and a special plate with the car’s number.

Due to enter dealerships, the new Honda Civic Type R Limited Edition will be available in just 100 units – for hardcore fans, only.
