Specs for all generations of Skoda Yeti

Skoda Yeti Outdoor has features, mostly regarding its design, that make it more suitable for rough terrains than the standard model. The main difference can be seen in the front and rear bumpers. Outdoor version's bumper has an integrated underride guard and silver coloured door mirrors, with the lower parts of bumpers and door sills finished in black plastic, compared to them being painted in body colour for the standard Yeti.

Owners reviews show that drivers are majorly satisfied with their Skoda Yeti vehicles. Features pointed out as strengths of the model are its stability, great ground clearance, practicality, good fuel consumption, and general reliability. Depite this positive opinion, some complaints have been reported, as well. Most issues turn out to be non-engine electrical ones, that do not hinder the vehicle's drivability. More serious problems, however, have also occurred on some occaisions, such as immobiliser and gearbox faults.

Skoda Yeti was recognised as a good quality vehicle by both regular owners and specialists in the field of automobiles. In the year of 2009, it received the Family Car of the Year award by Top Gear Magazine.

Skoda Yeti is currently out of production (as of 2021). It was discontinued in 2017, putting an end to its only generaion. The compact crossover SUV was in production for 8 years.

As a direct successor to Skoda Yeti, the brand introduced the Skoda Karoq. This was in 2017 - the same year that the Yeti was discontinued. The Karoq now sits between the smaller Škoda Kamiq and the larger Škoda Kodiaq.
