The fifth generation Hyundai Accent range offers a few engine options:

- 1591 cm3 (1.6 L | 97.09 cu. in.) 4-cylinder petrol engine, with two output options - 123 Hp and 130 Hp;
- 1598 cm3 (1.6 L | 97.52 cu. in.) 4-cylinder petrol engine, producing 120 Hp.

Hyundai Accent is a good, not very exiting to drive, but comfortable, and cheap to run car. Owners of the model are overall quite satisfied with reliability and durability of their Accent vehicles, not reporting any major common issues.
